General investment description
Building investment depending on land development as well as on rebuilding with adaptation of building set assigned for International Culture-Athletic-Medical Centre located on building site 18/3 i 18/7 near Wyskok. Gross area of both buildind sites 1,98 ha.
The building site is built over three farm buildings and one living quarter. These buildings are formulated in commune register as culture value buildings. In all the buildings new function should be designed, in such a way that if possible retain limiting outlines and outside outfit in existing style. The whole investment must be adjusted to people with movement limitation.
In all the buildings we will use all possible solutions to make use of alternate sources of energy, being the base of air and climate protection.
Farm building nr 2 - adaptation for the gym

Sequence of repair-adaptation work:
- I stage - overhauling of farm building nr 2 - adaptation for the gym and equipment purchase.
- II stage - overhauling and adaptation in farm building nr 3 - hotel - catering background facilities.
- III stage - overhauling of building nr 1 - living quarter ( for office purposes) and equipment purchase.
- IV stage - overhauling and adaptation in farm building nr 4 and development buildings nr 5 - alternative - rehabilitation centre, equipped with rehabilitation equipment.

- organizing international artistic schooling,
- organizing conferences, symposiums dealing with culture problems,
- organizing schooling pertain to dance, pantomime, ballet, artistic gymnastics,
- organizing theatre classes for children and teenagers,
- organizing the rest for artists from different countries combined with exchanging experiences |
Athletic activity:

- organizing sport classes ( sport and artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, and spring-board jumping),
- popularizing mass - recreation movement activity. |
Medical activity:

- founding Alternative Rehabilitation Centre ( consulting rooms for physiotherapy , biological renewal as well as oriental exercises gym and finally gyms for oriental exercises which shape the body, relax etc.)
- organizing schooling and courses pertain to conventional medicine, unconventional and popularizing new rehabilitation methods,
- organizing medical symposiums, seminaries and conferences,
- organizing schooling and lectures on therapy movement,
- organizing schooling to make use of different forms of therapy movement, psychotherapy and health education for companies and individual people. |
International Culture - Athletic - Medical Centre will be the base for exchanging experiences and the wide variety of co-operation between european institutions leading activities pertain to culture, athletic and medicine.
